Frequently asked questions

We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and most countries around the globe.

There are a few places we sadly can’t reach right now — like Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and North Korea — due to international restrictions.

So if you’ve got a mailbox (or a front porch), chances are we’ll get your order there.

(Volcano or underwater cave dwellers, let’s talk.)

Each item is made to order, so give us 2–3 business days to create your piece (a bit longer during holidays — brains need breaks too).

After that, shipping times vary by location:

USA: 2–5 business days
Canada, Australia, Rest of World: 10–30 business days

We know — waiting sucks. But trust us: it’s worth it.

Since each item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for things like wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse (sorry, brain fog happens).

But if your order shows up damaged, has a manufacturing error, or goes missing in the void — we got you.

Just send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
