🌍 Where do you ship?
We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and most countries around the globe.
There are a few places we sadly can’t reach right now — like Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and North Korea — due to international restrictions.
So if you’ve got a mailbox (or a front porch), chances are we’ll get your order there.
(Volcano or underwater cave dwellers, let’s talk.)
🚚 When will my order arrive?
Each item is made to order, so give us 2–3 business days to create your piece (a bit longer during holidays — brains need breaks too).
After that, shipping times vary by location:
- USA: 2–5 business days
- Canada, Australia, Rest of World: 10–30 business days
We know — waiting sucks. But trust us: it’s worth it.

🔁 Can I return or exchange something?
Since each item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for things like wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse (sorry, brain fog happens).
But if your order shows up damaged, has a manufacturing error, or goes missing in the void — we got you.
Just send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

📏 How do I know what size to get?
Each product page has a size guide — but if you’re between sizes, we usually say:
Go with what feels comfy, not what feels Instagram-worthy.
When in doubt, go oversized. It matches your thoughts.

We use print-on-demand production — meaning your item is made just for you, after you order it.
Our partners are based in [US / UK / Europe], and we work only with those who meet high quality and ethical standards.
That also means less waste, no overstock, and a more sustainable approach to fashion.
Basically: no mass production, just intentional chaos.
